Lama Kadri is a Lebanese Syrian Multimedia designer and Illustrator whose work focuses on detail oriented storytelling. Kadri works across different digital and physical materials and mediums to achieve the necessary visual language for her work. In a world where processes are expedited and quality is compromised, Kadri aims to honor the process and dedicate the deserved attention to it. Her previous works tackle subjects as: existentialism, the persistence of self, political narratives and Arabic typography. She graduated from the American University of Sharjah (2021) with a Multimedia design degree and an illustration minor.  During that time, she showcased work with Sharjah light festival, FILE festival, Animatex film festival as well as EXPO 2020. Currently, she is residing in the United Arab Emirates and is working alongside ICD Brookfield Place where she assisted in developing the visual language of Tasmeem 3rd addition, Water Like Tears Flower Like Soil, Le Miroir and many other notable projects.
