Ashtray- Concept Art
Ashtray is a character built for a fictional world that is highly inspired by the designs of Jamie Hewlett for the Gorillaz. In this working concept, Ashtray, alongside his friends live in a world where they cause mayhem and chaos. They are not the most ethical bunch nor are they classified as “bad guys”. They spend their days participating in tomfoolery and trying to get out of trouble. They are notorious usuals at the police stations and often times find themselves in places where they shouldn’t be.
Ashtray alongside his crew commute around using the Ratmobile, a faulty tin can that runs on faith and pickle juice. The rat pack also finds itself running away from the law. The drones that belong to the authorities are shaped like bees in order to emphasize that this gang must bee-have.
On this mischievous adventures, the squad learns the meaning of not taking life so seriously and reject the social constructs forced upon them.
